Fitness Center

The Fitness Center is a positive, supportive atmosphere encouraging members to strive for and meet fitness goals.

The center supplies the highest quality fitness equipment, which includes:

Three treadmills, three elliptical trainers, two NuSteppers, one exercise bike, one recumbent bike, hand exer-cycle, seated leg press, lateral pull down, vertical chest press, cable column, ab lounger row machine, flat bench/adjustable bench with up to 60 lbs. of free weights, and bench press with up to 300 lbs.

Hours of operation: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM to 9:00 PM
Weekend access is available with annual memberships.

Class Descriptions


Yoga/Tai Chi:
These extra gentle classes offer simple movements and are wonderful for persons who may have special needs. Every class is multi-level, meaning even beginners may participate without difficulty. Advanced yoga students will receive additional instruction for more challenging work. Benefits include rejuvenation, greater range of motion, muscle toning and strengthening, and stress reduction.

Pilates/Mat & Ball Pilates:
Led by certified instructors, Pilates is a form of isometric exercises that simultaneously stretches, strengthens, tones and aligns the body. Because excess tension and strain on joints are minimized in these exercises, Pilates can be practiced by almost anyone. It can be as helpful to people who want to improve performance in competitive sports, those suffering from chronic back pain, and elderly patients who suffer from osteoporosis.

Body Sculpt/Step & Sculpt/Step Circuit/Cardio Blast:
Led by certified instructors, this program utilizes free weights, resistance bands and exercise balls to shape, tone and strengthen the upper and lower body.
