How You Can Help
Over the years, Sutter Lakeside Hospital has provided Lake County with numerous new services, always striving to provide for all the community's health care needs right here in Lake County.
Today, through the continued generosity of our community we are planning and building for the future health care needs of the community, including the establishment of new programs in illness prevention.
About the Lakeside Wellness Foundation
The Lakeside Wellness Foundation supports the Wellness Center and the Hospitals’ community health programs. Going beyond hospital and clinic care, Sutter Lakeside Hospital is committed to improving the health of the community through innovative, holistic wellness programs and services geared toward health promotion and illness prevention. Our goal is to inspire people to make changes that will move them closer to their desired goals and a healthier, happier life. Sutter Lakeside Hospital is proud to provide quality health services to Lake County's most disadvantaged and vulnerable residents.
Fundraising for Hospital Programs
Since its inception in 2002, the Lakeside Wellness Foundation has been raising funds that support wellness programs addressing the community’s most pressing health issues. The Foundation supports making wellness affordable and accessible through sliding scale, scholarships and low-cost fitness programs and by striving to get fundamental health services those who need them most.
Our annual Gala Event is the heart of the Lakeside Wellness Foundation’s fundraising activities. With the community’s help, Sutter Lakeside’s fundraising events have been very successful, generating valuable funding to enable Sutter to help teens, adults, children and seniors county-wide. As we seek to increase the impact and scope of our preventive health programs, so the need for community resources increases.
Individual and Community support not only provides critical funds to urgently needed health programs for Lake County’s most vulnerable community members, it also demonstrates the kind of leadership and public endorsements required for our programs to be successful and our community to thrive.
